In administration of Rostov-on-Don discussed prospects of implementation of the investment project to a stroitelsta of the sports and public building with a bicycle track tribune in the territory of Lokomotiv stadium. The initiator - JSC Kavras. On the investor's plan, in the territory located on Stachki Avenue, 28a the four-storeyed sports building of 6,2 thousand square meters with a tribune of a bicycle track which will become the only thing in the south of Russia will be built.

The term of implementation of the project – 24 months. The volume of investment – 210 million rubles.

The head of administration Sergey Gorban considers that it is necessary to hand over a bicycle track to the FIFA World Cup in 2018 therefore the project is supported by a city administration.
