The applications submitted with 1/1/2016 on 4/10/2016 are on independent examination, internal protection of projects is expected at the end of June – the beginning of July, 2016.

The applications submitted with 5/20/2016 on 7/31/2016 will be considered in October, 2016.

The applications submitted with 8/1/2016 on 10/30/2016 will be considered in December, 2016.

The applications submitted with 11/1/2016 on 12/31/2016 will be considered in January, 2017.

"Start" 2nd stage

The applications submitted with 1/1/2016 on 4/10/2016 will be considered at the end of June, 2016.

The applications submitted with 5/20/2016 on 7/31/2016 will be considered in September, 2016.

The applications submitted with 8/1/2016 on 10/30/2016 will be considered in November, 2016.

The applications submitted with 11/1/2016 on 12/31/2016 will be considered in January, 2017.

"Start" 3rd stage

The applications submitted with 1/1/2016 on 4/10/2016 will be considered at the end of June, 2016.

The applications submitted with 5/20/2016 on 7/31/2016 will be considered in September, 2016

Instead of the 3rd stage of the Start program since August 1, 2016 start of the Business START program assuming financing not of Research and Development, and commercialization of results of Research and Development (analog of the Commercialization program for participants of the Start program) is planned.
