The acceptance of applications for participation in the first National competition of IT solutions «PROF-IT.Innovation» has started. Domestic commercial companies, non-profit organizations, startups can take part.

The purpose of the competition is to identify and popularize innovative solutions in the field of digitalization of various sectors of the economy and the social sphere, which can be used in state and municipal administration. The competition assists Russian IT developers in promoting their products and stimulates an increase in investments in the best domestic IT solutions.

New competition nominations: «Big Data», «Artificial Intelligence», «Distributed Ledger», «Digital Twin», «Industrial Internet», «Identification and Authentication», «Virtual and Augmented Reality Technologies», «Information Resources Management», " Information Security «," Cloud Technologies «.

Applications will be accepted until February 2, 2021 inclusive. — For several years in a row, development companies have been contacting us with a proposal to hold a competition of solutions in the environment of the business community in order to present their projects for the digitalization of public administration. We understand that this is important and useful both for companies and for potential customers, therefore we are opening the 1st National Competition of IT Solutions «PROF-IT. Innovation» — says Pavel Khilov, chairman of the organizing committee «PROF-IT», head of the expert center of electronic state.

We add that the expert council includes federal ministries: the ministry of digital development, communications and mass communications, the ministry of economic development, the ministry of health, the ministry of sports, the ministry of culture, the ministry of construction and housing and communal services, the ministry of transport, the ministry of labor and social protection, the ministry of education, Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as Research Institute «Voskhod» and regional IT ministers from the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Following the results of PROF-IT.Innovation, a base of innovative IT solutions will be formed that will contribute to the achievement of «digital maturity» in key sectors of the economy and social sphere.

Moreover, the competition is intended to establish a direct dialogue between the participants and the expert council. So, during the evaluation of projects, innovations are used that allow you to get acquainted with the demo version of the solution, communicate directly with the developer before evaluating the project.
