Rostov enterprise «Oreol» joined the national project «Labor productivity and employment support». The kick-off meeting, in which the manager of the regional competence center (RCC) Dmitry Kostin, the general director of Oreol LLC Fedor Savchenko and the company's employees took part, took place on September 28.

— Oreol produces cable products that are in demand in the region and beyond, — project manager Dmitry Kostin commented. — At the meeting with the team, we talked about the national project and what changes will soon take place at the enterprise. A working group has already been formed and a site has been identified where improvements will be introduced — this is the production of VVG-P ng (A) -LS cable.

Companies receive assistance from specialists from the federal and regional centers of excellence for lean manufacturing when they are involved in a project. Professional trainers fully analyze all production processes for six months, and then «write out recipes» and rebuild the production system to improve the health of the enterprise. The centers are free of charge.
