An investor is interested in the square of the Electroapparat plant in Rostov. The head of the Voroshilovsky district Viktor Berezhnoy told about this at a meeting of the Investment Council.

- We have received a proposal, we are now working on it with the housing and communal services department on joint participation in co-financing about 3 million for the production of design estimates, - said the head of the district.

He did not disclose any details of the project; it is only known that A-Center LLC showed interest in the square. According to data from open sources, it is engaged in the lease and management of property, the business site is located in the center of Rostov at a former tobacco factory.
