The second year of implementation of the national project "Labor productivity and employment support" in the Rostov region is coming to an end. Despite the restrictions associated with the sanitary and epidemiological situation, the planned indicators of the Road Map for the implementation of activities of regional projects within the framework of the national project have been largely achieved. This is due to the information work carried out by the City Administration, as well as the interest shown by Rostov enterprises in the activities of the national project.

Currently, 24 Rostov enterprises are participating in the project. Of these, 14 are in production, 3 are in agriculture, 5 are transport and 2 construction organizations.

The proposed set of measures of state support allows enterprises to mobilize available resources and achieve the goals set by the project in the shortest possible time.

Participants have access to free consulting services from the country's leading experts on the implementation of a lean manufacturing system, advanced management, organizational and technological solutions to increase labor productivity, including mechanisms for the development of corporate culture.
In addition, the enterprises participating in the project are provided with various preferences, including a preferential loan from the Industrial Development Fund of the Russian Federation at 1% per annum, an investment tax deduction, subsidizing costs incurred in connection with retraining and advanced training of any categories of employees.

Since the beginning of 2020, the organizations participating in the national project (Klever JSC, Azimut Aviation Company JSC, Doninturflot JSC, Bonum LLC) have sent 144 employees for training, who continue to work in their places. In total, 1.559 thousand rubles were compensated to enterprises.

The training is carried out for programs in demand on the labor market: “Digitalization of production. The industrial concept "Industry 4.0", "Increasing productivity", "Assessment center: fine-tuning in personnel assessment", as well as retraining and advanced training programs for workers. In total, since 2019, 899 employees of 12 enterprises have been trained, upgraded their qualifications.

Enterprises that meet the following criteria can become a participant in the national project and benefit from support measures:

- the main field of activity - manufacturing, agriculture, construction, transportation and storage, housing and communal services;
- the volume of proceeds - from 400 million rubles to 30 billion rubles per year;

- the share of foreign participation in the authorized capital - no more than 25%.

As an additional measure to support enterprises in the context of the spread of coronavirus infection in the Rostov Region, the criterion for the volume of annual revenue has been reduced from 400 million rubles to 100 million rubles for the implementation of projects in the field of lean technologies with the support of the Regional Competence Center.
