XXVIII International Financial Congress
The Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia) invites you to the XXVIII International Financial Congress (IFC-2019), which will be held from July 3 to 5, 2019 in St. Petersburg (Russia).
The theme of this year's Congress is “Financial Markets: Increasing Complexity, Maintaining Sustainability”.
The IFC-2019 program will highlight several thematic areas: monetary policy and macroeconomics, banks, insurance, collective investments, professional financial market participants, microfinance.
A number of congress sessions will focus on topics common to different sectors of the financial market. Among them: digital transformation and cyber risks in the financial sector, the formation of the institution of financial ombudsman and behavioral supervision, the development of human resources in the financial sector and others.
The first day plenary discussion will focus on the situation in global financial markets and its impact on central bank policies. During the plenary session of the second day of the congress, the regulator and market participants will discuss the implementation of the main directions of development of the financial market for 2019–2021.
The Congress operator is the Roscongress Foundation.
The main events of the XXVIII International Financial Congress will be held at two venues - in the Presidential Library named after B.N. Yeltsin (Senate Square, 3) and at the Astoria Hotel (Bolshaya Morskaya St., 39).
