Information on the list of investment projects
The List of Investment Projects of Rostov-on-Don implemented and planned to be implemented in the territory of Rostov-on-Don consists of three sections, named as follows:
- projects included in the list “The Governor’s Hundred of Investment Projects” – “Rostov Avant-garde”;
- projects implemented in the territory of the city – “Rostov Investments”;
- projects and business proposals planned to be implemented in the territory of the city “Territory of Growth”.
Matters of updating and supplementation of the List of Investment Projects of Rostov-on-Don are considered at the meetings of the Investment Council of the Head of the Rostov-on-Don Administration at the initiative of the investor, branch functional body of the Rostov-on-Don Administration or Heads of Rostov-on-Don districts.
Information for inclusion in the "List of investment projects of Rostov-on-Don"
To be included in the List of Investment Projects of Rostov-on-Don, it is necessary to meet the following criteria:
1. Investment projects should meet one or several criteria to be included in the List:
- to assist in the implementation of the “Principal directions of the strategy of social and economic development of the City of Rostov-on-Don for the period up to 2025”;
- investment projects implemented and/or planned to be implemented in the territory of Rostov-on-Don valued at more than 10 million roubles and intending creation of 20 and more new job positions;
For small business entities:
- investment projects implemented and/or planned to be implemented in the territory of Rostov-on-Don valued at more than 500 thousand roubles and intending creation of 5 and more new job positions.
2. For the purpose of inclusion of an investment site in the List, an investor (initiator) implementing and/or planning the implementation of an investment project should send a written request to the address of the Head of the Rostov-on-Don Administration attaching the following documents:
- passport of the investment project;
- copies of the Certificates of Title for the land plot appointed for the investment object allocation (if any);
- copies of credit agreements, guarantee letters of credit establishments;
- other documents confirming the financing of the investment project (if any).
